Setup guide

Every way to set up AIYCON, step by step. If you get stuck, write to aiyconservice@gmail.com.

Windows

About 2 minutes. No administrator rights needed.

  1. Download the installer

    Download AIYCON-Kurulum-0.2.0.exe (110 MB) from the download page. If your browser says the file "isn't commonly downloaded", open the menu next to the file name and choose Keep.

  2. Run the file

    Double-click the file in your Downloads folder.

  3. Get past the Windows warning

    If a blue "Windows protected your PC" window appears, click More info, then Run anyway. This warning appears for newly released apps.

    The wording may differ slightly between Windows versions.

  4. Finish the installation

    The installer is in Turkish. Click İleri (Next), then Kur (Install). If an older CellTwin version is on your computer, it is removed automatically.

  5. Open AIYCON

    On the last screen, leave "AIYCON'u şimdi aç" (Open AIYCON now) ticked and click Bitir (Finish). Next time, use the AIYCON icon on the desktop or in the Start menu. A short intro animation plays on first launch; click to skip it.

Browser

1 minute. No installation.

  1. Open the app

    Open aiycon.info/app in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.

  2. Explore the sample site

    The app opens with a sample energy storage site. If you see a sign-in screen, click Demo hesabıyla devam et (Continue with demo account). To use it in its own window, see As an app on your computer.

iPhone and iPad

1 minute. With Safari.

  1. Open it in Safari

    Open aiycon.info/app in Safari.

  2. Open the Share menu

    Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (at the top on iPad).

  3. Add to Home Screen

    Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

  4. Open it from the icon

    AIYCON is now on your home screen. Tap its icon to open it full screen.

Android

1 minute. With Chrome.

  1. Open it in Chrome

    Open aiycon.info/app in Chrome.

  2. Open the menu

    Tap the menu at the top right.

  3. Install the app

    Choose Install app or Add to Home screen and confirm.

  4. Open it from the icon

    AIYCON sits next to your other apps with its own icon.

As an app on your computer

1 minute. On Mac, Linux and Windows with Chrome or Edge.

  1. Open the app

    Open aiycon.info/app in Chrome or Edge.

  2. Click the install icon

    Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, then Install. In Safari on a Mac, choose Add to Dock from the File menu.

  3. Use it in its own window

    AIYCON opens in a separate window and appears among your apps.

Uninstall

Windows 11
Settings, Apps, Installed apps. Open the menu next to AIYCON and choose Uninstall.
Windows 10
Settings, Apps, Apps & features. Select AIYCON and choose Uninstall.
iPhone and iPad
Press and hold the icon on the home screen, then tap Delete App.
Android
Press and hold the icon, then tap Uninstall.

Troubleshooting

The installer won't download
Try another browser. On a company network, ask your IT team for permission to download .exe files.
No "Run anyway" button in the warning
Click More info first; the button appears after that. On company computers this option may be turned off; in that case, contact your IT team.
The app won't open
Restart your computer and try again. If the problem persists, write to aiyconservice@gmail.com with your Windows version.
"Add to Home Screen" doesn't appear on my phone
Make sure you are using Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. Other browsers may not offer this option.
